Marketing a dating site

It took a while to make this site. It was fun at times but pretty frustrating and felt like work after a while. But it was worth it in the end. Why? Because I finished what I started and I actually like the end result. I still add enhancements to it because it can always be better but the foundation has been made. It's getting a healthy amount of users since I started marketing it with over 200 profiles so far. A problem is with the scammers who disguise as a woman profile, I hope men profiles use their head and report these profiles so they get banned forever. Using a phone number login should help in preventing these scammers from making too many accounts. I also included a live photos feature for users to verify these scammers faces. Anyways, the website is free and contains all the basic features all dating apps have such as expressive profiles, swiping, chat. This site contains a twist with the chat by using disappearing messages. Disappearing messages are becoming a new normal for new chatting experiences and it does in fact feel more normal to use than a chat that stores old msgs. How often do we read old chats? Maybe for a trip down memory lane or recalling stuff. Well for dating it at least makes more sense to use disappearing messages. I have been marketing on Reddit, pinterest, quora, snapchat, and facebook. Facebook seems to be the most successful but it's limiting to a single demographic. Pinterest, snapchat, reddit audiences would bring new audiences to the site. Especially Pinterest. We'll see who I can attract. This is probably going to take a while to get a ton of users.
